1.Acceptance of these terms
By using Goukaku Drive (the “Service”) — the website and the iOS and Android apps — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.A practice tool, not legal or official advice
Goukaku Drive helps you prepare for Japan’s Gaimen Kirikae （外免切替）foreign-license conversion written test. It is a study aid only. Questions are AI-generated and reviewed, but they may contain mistakes and are not the official exam. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government body or licensing centre. Always consult the official Japanese traffic regulations （道路交通法） and your local licensing authority for what is current and authoritative. We make no guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any exam.
3.Your account and your scores
You can use the Service anonymously; scores are kept on your device. You may optionally sign in to save and sync scores across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and its saved scores at any time from Settings.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape or copy the question bank in bulk, reverse-engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way. We may suspend access that threatens the integrity or availability of the Service for others.
5.Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its question bank are owned by Goukaku Drive and protected by applicable law. You may use the Service for your own personal exam preparation. The names “Goukaku Drive” and “合格ドライブ” and the logo are marks of the operator.
6.Advertising and third-party services
The Service is free and supported by advertising. Ads may be served by third parties (such as Google), and the Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, sign-in, and analytics. How your data is handled — and how to manage ads and analytics consent — is described in our Privacy & data statement.
7.Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goukaku Drive is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any outcome of an official exam or licensing decision, arising from your use of the Service.
8.Changes to the Service or these terms
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
